Linda Mitchell has been a resident of Florida for over twenty-five years. Her extensive training in accounting & bookkeeping and business knowledge, including the Florida Lien Law, served her well in her employment with a large Title Company and Developers in Naples. Linda has held various positions within the employee leasing field. She was employed with an Employee Leasing Company as an account executive, business development manager and trainer. Prior to her position as Vice President of 1st Choice Payroll Solutions, Linda was President of D.L. Mitchell, Inc. an independent agent working with Employee Leasing Companies in Florida.
Joe Frank brings a diverse knowledge of the business world to his position as President of 1st Choice Payroll Solutions. He earned his degree with honors from Husson College in Maine, held various managerial positions with Scott Paper Company and severed 10 years as Chairman of the Board of a large Credit Union in Southern Maine. Prior to creating 1st Choice Payroll Solutions with Linda, he was President of Business Made Easy, Inc. an independent agent working with Employee Leasing Companies in Florida.
